RETURNS POLICY

At KATALI we take pride in crafting garments our customers love, although if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we happily provide options for returns and exchanges.

Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your item, and the items need to be returned to us within 14 days (30 days for international orders). Upon receiving the return, please allow 3-5 business days for the processing of your exchange, refund or issuance of store credit. Any items received after this timeframe will be returned to sender. 

To be eligible for a return, the items must be in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with attached tags. Ensure it is in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Exercise caution when trying on garments, as we cannot accept items with makeup marks, stains, scents.

We are more than willing to assist with any concerns to ensure your satisfaction with your KATALI garments.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@katalithelabel.com.au   

Please include the following details in your email to us:

  1. Order number
  2. The product you wish to return
  3. Reason for return or if you would like an exchange/ store credit

Kindly allow a window of 24-48 hours for our response regarding your return inquiry. Upon approval, we will supply you with our returns/exchange form. Please note that return costs are your responsibility, as we do not provide complimentary return services. It is crucial for the package to reach us securely for the proper processing of your return. We strongly recommend using a tracking service to guarantee its safe delivery to us.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you received an item you believe to be faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@katalithelabel.com.au with images of the fault and your order number. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Please note faulty items do not include those that have already been worn.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Unfortunately, alterations or cancellations cannot be accommodated once your order has been placed.
